CPAWS celebrates unexpected victory

Activists at a rally organized by the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society celebrate a surprise announcement by Hydro-Québec, which announced on Thursday evening, Sept. 14, that it was no longer pursuing a plan to build a hydroelectric dam on the Magpie River.
