The Price of Oil: CAPP talks sour gas in the oilpatch

The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers' (CAPP) executive vice-president Terry Abel unequivocally condemns unsafe operations in the oilpatch. In November 2012, a handful of CAPP's member facilities were caught leaking toxic hydrogen sulfide gas.
