About Bruce Ellingsen
Bruce Ellingsen has lived and worked on Cortes Island since 1946 and has been concerned about how to achieve sustainable forest management in BC for over 30 years. He is a Board Director of the Cortes Island Community Forest, an equal partnership with the Klahoose First Nation. He is now focussed on how to maintain nutrients - the fundamental need for sustaining ALL life.
