As of Tuesday, April 11, 2023, 65 incidents were verified by speaking directly with victims or family members of those who died, and/or by sourced official testimonies, investigations, inquiries, court records, confirmation with health authorities, and reports. 86 incidents were identified and confirmed by using news media and/or public statements, press releases, and testimonies.
