Oleh Savitskyi is a Ukrainian Climate Network climate and energy policy expert, and board member of NGO Ecoaction. As part of the delegation of public observers at the Climate Action Network, Savitskyi participated in the UNFCCC conferences in Paris in 2015 and was a part of Ukraine's official delegation in Glasgow in 2021. Savitskyi is a fellow of the Michael Succow Nature Conservation Fund (Greifswald, Germany) and alumni of Agora Energiewende EnerTracks program.
Let us be clear: Europe and Ukraine do not need your gas. We need more clean, affordable, accessible and transparent energy policies, ones based on the best available science and technology — not on vested interests.
