Lynda M Collins is a professor with the Centre for Environmental Law and Global Sustainability at the University of Ottawa, a past co-chair of Ontario's Toxic Reduction Scientific Expert Panel, and co-author (along with Heather McLeod-Kilmurray) of The Canadian Law of Toxic Torts.
