Mireille Ghoussoub is a senior engineer at Heirloom, a California-based direct air capture startup and the author of The Story of CO2: Big Ideas for a Small Molecule (University of Toronto Press, 2020). She holds degrees in engineering and chemistry from the University of British Columbia and the University of Toronto.
