Pena Nieto’s anti−isolationism message came one day after he and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau trumpeted their bilateral relationship as a model of political and economic co−operation.
Human rights questions have followed Pena Nieto to Canada this week, where he has tried to keep the focus on deepening economic and environmental co−operation with Canada and the United States.
Obama, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexico’s Enrique Peña Nieto will release what he called a "a comprehensive North American climate, clean energy and environment partnership."

Trudeau will host Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto during a state visit next week before the North American leaders’ summit that will also include U.S. President Barack Obama.
