A Progressive Conservative government in Ontario would not implement a planned minimum wage increase next year, no matter who ends up winning the race to lead the party through the spring election.

Sources close to Patrick Brown say he never signed a resignation letter and is still leader of the Ontario PC Party, CityNews reported Thursday. The report came as Brown said on Facebook that he is suing CTV News over its reporting of what he alleges are false accusations of sexual misconduct.

The former leader of Ontario's Progressive Conservative Party, who stepped down from his position late last month amid allegations of sexual misconduct, said on Sunday, February 11, 2018, he can disprove the accusations.
